We had a very good time in India.
I shared my experience in India with my friends, they were all interested in it. They had thought touring in India was a terrible thing. I told them that was not the truth. Go and discover the real India by your own eyes. India is a such attractive country. Even I plan to revisit India sometime in the future. My son is writing the travel notes. He will have a presentation to his classmate about this tour at the beginning of next term.

Let me take this opportunity to thank you for the Golden Triangle Tour that I had with your company from December 26-31, 2009. I know I must have been a hard customer to please, and you succeeded.
Sure, there have been some glitches. But regardless, I think what counts most is your hands-on commitment to customer service. I said I was interested to watch some kusti matches at Jama Masjid, and when there weren't any, you took the initiative to have me brought to the famous Guru Hanuman Akhara. And that makes up the difference vs. dealing with just the staff of a big tour group. For my constructive criticism, I think the challenge for improvement is to be able to inculcate your level of customer service orientation to your staff and subcontractors. I wish you all the best in that regard, and once agawe look forward towards more such ventures in future. |
